Our Approach
Our yoga classes are taught by a combination of permanent on-site teachers and guest teachers visiting from abroad. We have decades of experience in human development, transformational and experiential learning, coaching, somatic movement, Ayurveda and yoga.
All of these practices, combined with our core methodology, support greater alignment, power, and possibility on and off the mat.
Daily classes range from vinyasa-inspired themes to restorative-focused classes. We promise an experience that centers the mind, rejuvenates the body, and revitalizes the being, whether you are a beginning yogi or a seasoned practitioner.

peace retreat expert teachers will be your guides in daily meditation practices to support tuning in, deeper and deeper, into the vast ground of being that you are.
The intention of our Meditation Methodology is to become more human, more embodied, more at home, more enlivened, and more empowered by all that we are and all that we experience. It is not to reach for a cosmic, otherworldly, out-of-body, or out-of-mind state.
At peace retreat we meditate not to be calm, but to be real.
At peace retreat, one of our core elements is relationship. As such, you will come together with like-minded individuals with common interests, sharing experience, and creating meaningful relationships that may very well last a lifetime. The people you will meet on retreat understand your experience firsthand, will become your support system, encouragers and account-ability-buddies as you implement what you’ve learned to generate and manifest your intentions.
Doing this reset in a nourishing environment, with a group of like-minded people, is an extraordinary opportunity. We share our knowledge freely, with deep respect and compassion for what it means and feels like to be a human being in constant evolution.
This is the act of defining oneself, articulating who you are currently, who you wish to be in the future, defining the gap, and cultivating the distinctions and practices that will support your desired destination.
Real movement occurs through the power of intention, and ultimately aligning your intentions with your actions. You’ll understand both the benefits and pitfalls of defining your future, and also the necessity of setting the right intention. You’ll clarify your intentions and practices, envision your goals, and align them with your desired destinations.
