About the Role
The Guest Experience Coordinator is a key position at Peace Request that requires a high level of communication skills, multi-tasking, and focus. The GE Coordinator manages hotel accommodations, check ins/check outs, and guest bills. Their primary focus is on the guest's experience and elevating the Peace Retreat space. Their day-to-day tasks include scheduling and organizing guest activities: excursions, ceremonies, day drips, taxis and airport transportation. They communicates with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen and spa) to ensure the needs of guests and the overall space are being met and oversees calendar/scheduling for Body at Peace Spa. The also assist with Nourish at Peace restaurant by overseeing meal lists, menu, dietary accommodations, food/service quality, etc.
Requirements
Candidates should have: excellent multi-tasking and communication skills, high energy, positive demeanor, and a high level of focus.
Comptetitive candidates may have: Spanish language proficiency, degree in hospitality field, and/or yoga teacher certification
Fluent in English (bilingual in Spanish preferred)
Approximately 48 hours per week
Pay dependent upon skill and experience
Minimum 6-12 month contract, with the potential to extend.
