Sweat Lodge

6-Person Minimum | Cash Only | $80 Per Person

Description

Led by shaman Alejandro Quiros, the Sweat Lodge—traditionally known as Inipi, meaning "to live again"—is a profound Native American purification ritual designed to cleanse the mind, body, and spirit.

Experience

Approximately 2 hours, depending on the unique size, energy, and integration needs of the group.

Co-Creating the Space

Your journey begins by preparing the sacred site. Guests are warmly invited to help build the fire and blanket the lodge. This hands-on preparation offers a beautiful opportunity to connect directly with Alejandro, ground your intentions, and weave your personal energy into the community circle.

The Sacred Journey

After an intentional pre-ceremony teaching, you will enter the lodge. Inside, fire-heated stones meet water to create a deeply purifying steam. Guided by Alejandro’s intuitive drumming, chanting, and medicine songs, you will be supported through every step of the process.

The Four Directions

The ceremony unfolds across four distinct rounds, each honoring a cardinal direction (North, South, East, and West) to guide your emotional, physical, and spiritual renewal.

Preparation

• No alcohol or drugs within 24 hours. • Eat light; do not enter with a full stomach. • Wear loose clothing, such as a sarong, dress, or lose shorts. You will get dirty! • Do not bring towels from your room or electronics to the ceremony area. • You may bring water, but keep it on the stairs, away from the fire. • Journal beforehand. Set intentions. Feel free to bring your written words on a piece of paper to burn in the fire. • Come with an open mind and heart.

Description

Led by shaman Alejandro Quiros, the Cacao Ceremony is an ancient, heart-opening ritual rooted in thousands of years of indigenous tradition throughout the Americas. Experience

Approximately 2 hours, depending on the unique size, energy, and integration needs of the group.

The Sacred Medicine

Our ritual cacao is 100% pure and natural—crafted intentionally from whole cacao beans, pure water, rich cacao butter, and organic herbs. It contains no hallucinogens or drugs, offering a completely safe, grounded, and deeply nurturing experience for the body and spirit.

Alchemical Preparation

Honoring the elements, Alejandro prepares the cacao over the very same sacred fire used to heat the sweat lodge stones. The ceremonial space is beautifully set with ancient relics, drums, phoenix feathers, and traditional shamanic tools to create a safe, high-vibrational container.

Receiving the Icaros

Once the circle is gathered, Alejandro individually serves the warm cacao to each guest. As you relax and allow the medicine to work, he will guide the room through rhythmic drumming and the channeling of Icaros—sacred, medicinal healing chants designed to shift energy and open the heart.
