1. Booking Information

Welcome outside group retreat dates.

2. Check-In & Services

3. Payments & Cancellations

Paid via online system.

No refunds on deposits; deposits may be transferable.

Activities canceled within 48 hours are non-refundable.
4. Property Rules
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM.

Guests liable for damages.

Health insurance required.

Tipping: Gratuities for Peace Retreat staff are pooled and shared among the team (excluding therapists, drivers, and other service providers, who may be tipped individually). Tipping is appreciated but not required.
For urgent matters during your stay, please message us on WhatsApp at [insert number]. We aim to respond promptly during operational hours (6:00 AM – 8:00 PM).
5. Spa & Sweat Lodge Guidelines
Spa Etiquette:

Non-staying guests prepay 50%.
Sweat Lodge Safety:

Voluntary participation.
